Four things I built, and the kitchens that broke them in.

Each one below is running on this page — not a screenshot of one. Approve a request, ask the farm a question, work the board, drag the bar speed. The margin keeps the record.

I cook for a living. These were written between services and on the days off in between, and tested by the same people who complained about the problem in the first place.

Procurement your team will actually use.

Request, approve, order, receive. It replaced a WhatsApp group in a Riyadh kitchen, and every tool we tried before it. Every line reconciles at the door, so the credit note is raised before the invoice is cut.

Run your farm from one chat.

We run a farm in Uganda from Riyadh, and all of it lived in voice notes. Now you ask it a question. It answers offline and over SMS, because the signal out there comes and goes.

It reads the farm’s own records — weights, feed, vet visits, market prices — and answers in the language the question was asked in.

Maticbook

The chef’s notebook for the line.

Log the prep, work the board, hand a clean sheet to the next shift. It works with no signal, because the walk-in has none.
